Description of the Gloucester - Annisquam vacation house rental
Beautiful in 2004 new home overlooking Good Harbor Beach and Long Beach. Perfectly located atop Cliff Road. It is only one block from the beach from the front, and the back is beautifully terraced with quaint walkways and meandering pathways. Enjoy summer evenings grilling on the terrace while enjoying spectacular sunset and the view of the lake in the back.
The spacious and sunny first floor easily accommodates the whole family and friends with a full kitchen and family room with gas fireplace and a convenient 1/2 bath. There are 'walls of windows' with captivating views and a nice size deck. The inviting second floor boasts a Master Bedroom Suite with romantic gas fireplace and attached bath and a private second floor deck. There are two other bedrooms on the second floor, for a total of 3, and a second full bath. The house has central air-conditioning, and partial/full water view. Additional guests, up to 8 people total can be accommodated on family room sleep sofa.
