Large, bright, 3-4 bedroom condo - Prime location just off the Access Road in Killington, Vermont. Fully furnished, comfortable 3-level unit with 3 full baths. Upper level has 2 bedrooms: master bedroom has queen bed; kids room has 2 twins/skylights. This level has a very large bath with whirlpool tub. Middle level has fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, dining area that seats 8, living area with cathedral ceiling and Floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace; and 3rd bedroom with queen bed. Living area has 27' TV, DVD/VCR and stereo with CD player. There is a full bath on this level. A deck off the living area has a BBQ grill & patio furniture for outdoor dining overlooking the pine trees in the woods. Lower level is like its own apartment and can be a 4th bedroom or a family room, with a queen bed, futon, twin bunk beds, seating area with TV/VCR, door to backyard, & 2 large windows. Summer & Fall offer beautiful weather in the Green Mountains of Vermont. The Killington Golf Course is open throughout this entire time. The condo complex has an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. The ski mountain offers hiking & mountain biking, gondola rides up (with or without a bike.) There is also a water slide open all summer. There is local canoeing & fishing, golfing on Killington's nationally acclaimed golf course, area restaurants, & farming. The town of Rutland is 15 minutes away, and outlet shopping in Manchester is 45 min away. Fall has the most stunning foliage in New England & magnificent weather to go with it.
