Davis Park Community....our homes are the last on the beach, west of the ferry, the
five bedroom is situated directly on the ocean and this home sits high on the dune behind it.
There are no homes west of ours in this community. It is the National Seashore , so the
sunsets are unobstructed.

Sans End and Sleepy Hollow: Our property consists of two homes that are located on fifth walk ....the last walk in our community of Davis Park. You need to take the ferry boat from Patchogue . This is a 15 minute boat ride to our beach.

Our five bedroom home is located on the ocean and the 3 bedroom sits directly behind. The property offers

the most spectacular sunsets and sunrises. Each home sits high in the dune. Breaktaking views of the ocean and bay and unobstructed sunsets.
