Brookside style, 3rd floor designer furnished condo, with beautiful views overlooking 2nd green and lake. This 2 bed/2 en-suite bath. Unit is conveniently located near the elevator and close to one of the four pools. Luxurious lounge features large screen TV, video, DVD and stereo. Master bedroom has king-size bed, 2 night stands, dresser, TV and walk-in closet. Guest room has queen-size bed, night stands, walk-in closet, dresser and TV. Ceiling fans in all main rooms with A/C throughout. Full-size washer and dryer installed. Reserved covered parking space and secure store room. The 18 hole, championship, Lewis/Azinger designed golf course challenges all levels. Pro shop, driving range and practice areas. A modest transfer fee entitles renters to golf membership and use of the club house. Cedar Hammock is a gated community with a new 22000 sq ft club house with fine and casual dining, Har-Tru tennis courts, pool, spa and fitness centre.

Other local attractions include the everglades with its exotic wildlife, the Keys and Marco Island. Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, the Philharmonic Centre for the Arts, Naples Caribbean Gardens and Zoo are all close by. A short drive to the east you can visit Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach, whilst to the north, is Walt Disney World, Tampa and Clearwater.
