Short walk down private path to outer harbor beach and mooring for your boat. Ocean beaches one mile. Secluded setting on over two acres with flowers, blueberries, bayberries and beach plums. The home's large windows provide lots of ventilation and beautiful views from every direction. It is an upside-down house with 34 x 16 living / dining room with cathedral ceiling, fans, skylights and fireplace, large kitchen with pass-thru window, queen bedroom & bath upstairs. High speed DSL Internet and satellite TV. Flagstone patio with gas & charcoal grills; family-sized outdoor shower. Property abuts Nature Preservation and is near Chappy Community Center with family activities. Wonderful also for off-season getaway as house is heated.
