Fully equipped cottage situated where two streams meet. You can fish for trout right outside the door! In the Upper Delaware region, on the border of Sullivan County, near Callicoon on the Delaware, known for its canoe races. The cottage is nestled in Rock Valley alongside a babbling brook. Restful, quiet location known for its scenic beauty. Sleeps 4. Two bedrooms with double beds, full bath plus outdoor hot & cold shower. Fireplace and lots of firewood for you. Electric heat for chilly mornings. It's only 12 miles to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.

Besides fishing there is canoeing, swimming, riding and golf. Callicoon has interesting shops, a super market, movie theatre and excellent restaurants. The area abounds in antique shops and country auctions are popular. A farmer's market brings fresh produce, fresh eggs, maple syrup and even wine from local wineries. Just be careful while driving of the dear deer beside the road.
