Wonderful new, clean and welcoming home located on the second largest lake in New Hampshire. Home is a shared association with four other homes. Very small sandy beach area. One and one-half hours (100 miles) from Boston. Centrally located to all activities in the lakes region. No traffic area with easy access to major highway (93). 2 bedrooms with king size beds and large loft area perfect for children. Large deck overlooking the peaceful lake! You won't be disappointed!

Location: Lakes Region < New Hampshire < USA

Walking distance to Science Center (amazing animals in natural habitat). Clark's Trading Post, Whales Tale water park, polar cave, flume gorge, horseback riding, Kangamangus Highway with its amazing mountain views. Ten miles to Weirs Beach and Mt. Washington. Plus many more attractions you remember as a kid! On Squam Lake you will have the opportunity to enjoy sighting the Loons, kayaking on this safe lake and maybe have a desire to camp on one of the islands. Take the opportunity to see the whole lake on tour close to the house. Rent a boat down the road and keep it at our dock. In the winter months skiing at Gustock, Waterville, King Pine, Loon, Cannon and many more. Snowshoe, ice fishing, ice skating, snow tubing, and sledding are some of the fun activities during winter. You choose, it's your vacation!
