VistaSeas is our home, not just a vacation rental, so you will find amenities here that are unique to a private home. We live a varied life, and offer each of our 3 homes at different times of the year to guests.

There are grocers just 5 min.away from VistaSeas with large super stores like Albertsons or Vons to gourmet and bio boutique grocers such as Trader Joe's. A multi plex theatre also offers something for everyone. A shopper's delight can be found at the Pismo Beach outlets carrying everything from Ralph Lauren to Carter's childrens clothes. Just down the street from VistaSeas are banks, a donut shop, Ross outlet store and a pharmacy. Many people scuba dive inside of Morro Bay. There are old pilings, small kelp beds and Halibut in the sand. The surfers swim across the harbor channel to the beaches on the other side. It is fun to cross in a boat with a picnic lunch. There are miles of empty wild beaches to wander. This whole coastal area is beautifully scenic. Also along the coast nearby is Los Osos offering hiking enthusiasts many trails thru groves of eucalyptus trees overlooking cliffs towering above rocky coves at the Montana de Oro state park. There are over 50 miles of hiking, biking, and equestrian trails to explore. The San Luis Obispo Wine Trail offers hosts of wine tastings at dozens of local vineyards. Talley Vineyards offers for those interested in tasting the best wines we offer an exclusive reserve wine tasting in our private Rincon Room. The Coastal town of Cambria 45 min. away is an artist’s colony of galleries and boutiques that rival Carmel. Enjoy French bistro cafes or follow Moonstone Road to the boardwalk lined with seaside outdoor cafes and full wave views and perhaps a whale spouting as it migrates. We require a non-refundable prepayment of 25% of the total amount due upon reservation which includes a 9% San Luis Obispo County lodging tax on the total and a $250 refundable security/damage deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days of check-out upon a final inspection of the property. The prepayment is non-refundable, non-transferable upon cancellation for any reason. 1 week = $1400, 2 weeks = $2600, 3 weeks = $3700 in dollars, euros, Visa, MC or PayPal.
