This beautifully landscaped Villa named Seaview Palms, is nestled in the tropical surroundings of Villa Madeleine, an exclusive retreat in St. Croix's preferred east-end. It has been thoughtfully designed so that the Villa is a separate, free standing unit surrounded by glorious landscaping and refreshing easterly trade winds.

Seaview Palms is a desirable end-unit, tastefully decorated with top quality furniture and furnishings. The cathedral ceilings provide an open feel to each room, and the ceiling fans provide refreshing air movement. You can open the doors and windows and enjoy the fresh air and trade winds and the wonderful courtyard and fountain. If the temperature gets too warm, A/C is available.

This Villa has a unique private patio including its own swimming pool! The pool is accessible by French doors through both bedrooms and the family room. Enjoy the Caribbean Sea views from your lounge chair on the patio deck. The second bedroom is separated from the main villa by the pool and patio area that provides extra privacy for a second couple.

The Villa overlooks St. Croix's southern shore. Just a short walk takes you to the beautiful beach at the Divi Carina hotel. The beaches are public in St. Croix so enjoy the fine waters, sandy beaches, and maybe a tropical drink at the bar. You will have no problem relaxing.

The Villa has all the comforts of home. Unlike most hotels, Seaview Palms Villa comes with numerous amenities including telephone, television, stereo and CD player, high-speed Internet, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen including Corian countertops and a dishwasher. If you like cooking and don't feel like eating out, make yourself at home and cook up a gourmet meal. The Villa includes a gas grill, so you can also cook outside and enjoy the aroma of grilled food by the pool. Or enjoy a meal created in the villa by one of our private chefs!

Speaking of food, the Villa comes with a full sized refrigerator for all your food and beverages. One of many benefits of St. Croix is there are supermarkets where you can purchase almost everything you would find on the mainland, from fresh fruits and vegetables, to meat. The grocery stores also carry beer, wine and liquor.

While Villa Madeleine is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, the complex includes security guards to assure you have a pleasant stay. We meet you at the airport and lead you to your wonderful East End villa so there's noting left for you to do but settle in and relax!

We have been traveling to St Croix with family for over 20 years and love the island, its culture, the people, and the clear, warm blue waters of the Caribbean. We loved the island so much that we purchased a beautiful and private villa in the exclusive Villa Madeleine resort.

Amazing Relaxation!

Amazing Relaxation!

This villa offers amazing value. With its own private pool and its own kitchen so you don't have to go out for every meal, it offers the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere. This gated condo community has lush tropical vegetation, is an easy walk to the beach, has a great view of the ocean and is an easy drive into Christiansted, St. Croix's biggest town. The villa's website, villa29.com, gives a thorough overview of what to expect and what to do in the area. It was very helpful. This was a fantastic place to stay. We had a great time.

Two weeks in Paradise - a Heavenly experience.

This condo is absolutely beautiful -- like no other we have stayed at. The ocean view is glorious and the unique pool of your own is unreal. It is very clean and done in a unique fashion. Our only regret was that it was on the east end which is a drive from the airport -- but that was minor compared to the joy we experienced.

Wonderful time!

We enjoyed Villa 29 and we will return! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and had beautiful views. It's pretty far on the east end of the island but worth the drive. When do you ever have your own private pool on vacation? It's wonderful to have the privacy this villa offers and I highly recommend it.

"amazing villa!!!"
wow...we loved this beautifully decorated,clean,private villa! the pool area is such a treat from morning coffee to evening cocktails. I wish I could take this villa to every location I ever visit!!! It provided great space for two couples. We had a fabulous time!

"Great vacation spot!"

I've been going on vacation in St. Croix for many years now, and Seaview is the ideal spot. I was in need pure relaxation, and that is what I got. I loved reading, sipping rum and lounging in the private pool. I also loved the trip out to Buck Island where I snorkeled with two sharks! I would recommend Seaview to anyone who is looking for a tropical get away with the privacy of their own condo!
