Enjoy your time in San Francisco and stay with us in a conveniently located studio apartment with full kitchen near world famous Alamo Square and the painted ladies!

This renovated spacious studio apartment (650 sq) is in a 1900s Victorian house with a queen bed and bathroom. It sleeps two people, but we will be happy to provide a crib for a small child.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Perfect for two! Great kitchen space - well-stocked. Comfortable mattress. Very nice bathroom! I would love to stay here again! So clean & great location too!

My husband and I are more accustomed to hotel stays, but chose this unit because of its proximity to our son. The location worked out very well. It was also a good location in terms of accessing mass transit. The owners thoughtfully stocked plenty of maps and guidebooks in addition to books specifically about San Francisco as well as other reading material. There was even an available computer. I wish I had realized & I wouldn't have brought one along. I was impressed by the energy saving measures and updated bathroom. After seeing the 3 bin recycling system in SF, I admit that I was confused with the 2 bins at the unit. But you'll hear no complaints from me! We'd love to stay again!

Charming studio in excellent location

My partner and I stayed for two nights at the end of February. The studio was very easy to get to from the airport (Bart train and a short bus ride from the city), and is located on a street filled with gorgeous Victorian houses. Plenty of room inside plus a generous kitchen, and fantastic food options nearby. This is definitely a great place to base yourself in San Francisco to see all the sights, and beautiful Alamo Park is a two-minute stroll away. Peggy and Oz were very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Would definitely return.
