Located on a short cul-de-sac street in a quiet family neighborhood across from Dennis Highlands Golf Course. This is not your typical 'summer cottage', but rather a 'home' that offers the same comfort and quality of your primary residence located within the highly sought after Dennis Village section of Route 6A. The amenities include: 4 bedrooms -master bedroom with master bathroom (full linen closet, 5.5 foot extra wide, extra deep cast iron tub) -1st floor bedroom has walk-in closet -there are no 'half bedrooms', all bedrooms and bathrooms are of considerable size, 3 full-size bathrooms, and an outdoor shower in the rear of the house. 2nd floor television room with 35 inch television, surround sound, DVD, VCR, skylights, and full-size ceiling fan. Living room, dining room, full-size kitchen, mud room with washer/dryer, and garage for the storage of bicycles and beach gear. Front farmers porch and 25'x16' deck off of the back of the house. Gas grill and Weber round charcoal grill.

Great vacation rental!!!

We had a great time at this vacation home. Owner is great to work with. The house was very clean. I would definitely consider renting again and recommend to friends/family. Everyone loved it! We loved Chapins (which is up the road) and my in-laws loved The Ocean Inn or House. I believe that restaurant is in Dennisport. We drove to Corporation Beach/Howe's beach just about everyday and had a great time. Pearson's Fish Market which is right up road had the best lobster we have eaten. Best of all they cook it (power-steam) on site. So you just need to call in your order and tell them what time for pick-up and dinner is ready in a jiffy.
