Wow! A home from another era. Direct waterfront air conditioned estate on Plymouth Harbor. Antique Victorian home on 3 acres with rolling lawn to waterfront. Swim and boat on your own private beach. We provide 6 kayaks for our guests to enjoy and explore the oceanfront area free of charge. Large decks overlooking harbor with tremendous privacy. Old English croquet on front lawn. This property is the perfect summer vacation on a waterfront estate for all your friends and family. Pets possible - please ask. This home is also available off season. Stay for a long Weekend and just relax by the sea.

Fishing boat, jet ski boats: We supply 6 Kayaks for our guest to use free of charge. Our guest really love to launch their kayaks right from our waterfront property. If you want more adventure you can rent jet skis or motor boats from a boat rental company right down the street. I also have a mooring right in front of the house so you can leave right from the property. This is a real treat because you can explore all the secluded beaches in the area, tour the harbor, go fishing, etc.

Just relax on 1000 sq ft waterfront deck: Here is where you may spend most of your time on the huge main deck right off from the kitchen. (Size 32' x 30') It has 2 umbrella tables seating for 16 people. This deck also has a large stainless steel gas grill also separate propane lobster pot cooker. So you can cook 10 lobsters at a time right on the deck. This is the perfect place to party with friends, sunbathe, or just plain relax.This year we have added another deck off the barn and re shingled the house.

The new deck has fantastic views of the waterfront as you can see from some of our pictures. This second deck is fantastic because it has tremendous privacy, it's a great place to read or chat with friends and family.

3 Living Rooms and 2 flat screen tv's high speed : This home is perfect for the extended family. There are 3 large living rooms all nicely furnished. There is also a separate large TV room with 50-inch high definition plasma TV and another flat screen in one of the other living rooms so there is tons of space to relax. Also wireless WiFi for your computer or use our high speed dell computer. For the summertime our home has air conditioning. In the Fall and winter seasons feel free to use either the main fireplace in the formal living room or the wood stove near the kitchen to get into the holiday spirit.

Notes: We provide 6 kayaks free for our guest to use. So you can tour, go fishing or explore all the secluded beaches in the area. This is truly a waterfront paradise. Free high speed wireless internet access with home computer, 2 flat screen TVs - one is a 50 inch high definition plasma TV with over 150 channels and free HBO and Showtime. DVD players on both TVs. Also this year we have added another large deck off the back of the barn with 3 huge sliders, so now you have 2 great waterfront decks. This estate is so big and with so much land right on the waterfront, you could almost get lost in paradise.

What a FANTASTIC stay!

This was the trip of a lifetime, and it would not have been the same if we had stayed anywhere else. The 5 of us had more room than we knew what to do with. The boys tried out different bedrooms on different nights, and found all of them to be perfect. Each has its own unique style, and once they stopped getting lost (quite humerous!) they were able to play and have a grand time going up one staircase and down another.
Our three children had a fantastic time running around on the lawn and we had a great time exploring the beach for shells.
I have never felt so comfortable anywhere away from home. We were able to "move" right in for our one-week stay, and the only thing I regret is not being able to stay longer. There are books and toys for the kids (the owner even gave them a football), sheets, towels, and everything else you need to feel immediately at home. It is clean, extremely well-kept, and enough to make any family or group want to move in for good!

The owner went out of his way to meet us on our timeframe and explain everything to us. He was fantastic.

The property is close to EVERYthing, including Plymouth Rock, Plymouth Plantation and the Mayflower II.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful of a time we had, and how much was added to our vacation by staying in this home. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone going to visit the area! Everyone I know is jealous after seeing our vacation pictures...We will return if we ever have the opportunity.

Great Weekend All Around!

Just got back from a great weekend in Plymouth! The house is amazing and is everything the owner Jim said it would be, so no need to worry if the description is wrong or outdated. The house is huge and the set up is great. Love the huge deck with grill as well as the barn with its own deck overlooking the ocean. The backyard is enormus and is great for lawn games. Plenty of space to sleep and hang out. The location is close to downtown Plymouth, but away from all the traffic, etc. The communication with Jim, the owner, was great and we will be back next year. Thank you!

Terrific Getaway

The estate probably isn't rented too often in the dead of Winter, but it should be. First and foremost, the owner is very nice to work with and made the paperwork easy and the house well-equipped (more pots, pans, dishes, glasses and towels than we could dirty). We comfortably slept 18, had 2 fires lit the entire weekend, and food churning off the grill and out of the kitchen. The game house remained at a decent temperature to use despite outside temps in the teens and the walk down to the ocean is a serene/surreal landscape. We also ordered some ice blocks and did some carving in the enormous driveway. I'll be doing this again next Winter and highly recommend the property for any group looking for a good time.

Never will want a motel again!

I would recommend this home to others for a fun relaxed vacation! The location was great to do little day trips if people chose to and come back together again in the evening. The view from the house and decks was so beautiful and peaceful. We did all our own cooking and had all the utensils and pans needed. The grocery store is about 5 minutes away. We had a group of 15+ and had fun setting the tables with the many dish sets that were available. Plenty of linens and towels. The house had three living rooms so was never an issue of being cramped and the kitchen is nice and open and accomodating for many cooks at once. The game room and kayaks were an additional bonus. The only suggestion I would make is it would be nice to have a rocking chair...we had a small infant that was excellent but if he would have been fussy it would have been nice to be able to rock him. However their was a baby swing that was there and it was very nice. Thank you, Jim, for everything.

FANTASTIC FAMILY REUNION

We had a fabulous time this year at the end of July at this lovely waterfront property. it was just as advertized It had all the amenities that you could want. We particularly enjoyed the kayaks and game room and the decks. There were attractions nearby for all ages. Probably the most popular was the Kennedy Museum, but all ages in our group found wonderful things to do. I would recommend this property to anyone - have already sent info to CA family looking for such a spot for next summer. And the owners were great - sent info ahead and explained everything on site. We felt very much at home. It was a perfect vacation location!!!!
