This vacation home is 5 minutes from town on a quiet hilltop perch with views overlooking Rockland to the ocean. The jacuzzi tub and wood-fired sauna are a great way to end a day of mountain biking on the miles of trail connected to this 30 acre private lot. Minutes away from freshwater swimming, chartered cruises, and many other adventures! Biking distance to town. This house has a very small second bedroom with a futon that sleeps two. It also has a full sized pull out sofa in the living-room that also sleeps two. Those two features give this house a 6 person capacity, but it is truly ideal for a couple. Though close to a fairly busy road, there is a large yard frequented by hummingbirds and warblers.
