The 2nd floor has a large water-view family room with media center and a sunset balcony, a master suite with private water-view balcony, and a custom tiled bath with a whirlpool tub. There are two other bedrooms and one more tiled bath. There is a stunning 3rd floor master suite and sitting room with panoramic water-view and sunset views with a bird's nest balcony, truly a fantastic room. This home is fully furnished and applianced and has central air-conditioning for those hot & stuffy days. For those who cannot leave work behind there is a fax machine/copier, and computer. Wireless internet available. This home has EVERYTHING!!!
