Come enjoy our lovely home away from home 'Sand Dune'. A terrific family vacation place or great place for just two. Whether you choose to stay days or weeks, this place has it all! Completely renovated (inside and out) free standing house. We've renovated everything from new floors to doors. Including most everything a couple or family would need to fully enjoy their R&R time in P-town. Whether it be linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, full size stackable washer/dryer unit, ceiling fans, enclosed front porch, cable TV, DVD/VCR, current movies, CD player, stereo, gas grill, outside shower, back patio with table & chairs, board games. Less than 50-yard stroll to the lovely bay beach/water. Sand Dune is just over one (1) mile from P-town center. Walk, bike, shuttle bus or drive to town. The location becomes the ideal mix of being near the beach without being far from the excitement of downtown. NEW FOR 2010 BROADBAND WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION INCLUDED WITH RENTAL.

Provincetown, on the tip of beautiful Cape Cod. Come enjoy our lovely year round home away from home. 'Sand dune' is located off of route 6A after entering Provincetown at 21 Hobson Avenue (private road) in a lovely neighborhood of beach homes referred to as the East End, 'Beach Point' section of town. It's located in the East end of town, on the bay beach side (50 yards. from the bay beach sand/water) in a section known as ‘Beach Point’. Easy to find, centrally located, 1 mile from downtown and close to the shuttle bus transportation traveling every 20 minutes (pass end of Hobson Avenue) into P-town center.

Cute, Great location, Wonderful amenities

We have been renting this lovely, well appointed cottage for 3 yrs. The cottage is updated, clean, well equipped and a path away from the beach. The fun, quaint town of Provincetown is a trolley ride away. My family considers Sand Dune a little piece of heaven that we look forward to returning the minute we leave.

A great vacation spot

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It had all the amenities you could ask for and more. It was clean and neat and attractively decorated. Very close to the beach, quiet at night. Easy 2 mile walk to the ctr of town. I hate recommending this house because I don't want to miss out on a chance to rent it again myself : ).

Incredible town, incredible home...

My family and I spent a wonderful week at Sand Dune. We were pleasantly suprised by the immaculate condition of the home, including the kitchen and bathrooms. The description is very accurate, and the home is well maintained. There are great views (including sunrises and the bay) from upstairs. Sand Dune is equipped with every thing you could possibly need on your vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. We wish we could have stayed more than a weeek, and we are looking forward to our next stay at Sand Dune!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
