Certified for Occupancy:
Starting in 2007 all weekly rental properties must be Certified for Occupancy by town officials. Our property is duly certified. As you shop among properties, ask whether they are currently certified--to avoid a cancellation at the last minute.

Approximately 70 restaurants, mostly casual. Most have lobster, and most serve liquor. Good value by city standards. Friendly shops and outstanding craft and art galleries.
