This lovely 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is in the luxury development of Mirador d' Costalita right beside the prestigious Los Flamingos golf course, 4 miles from the lively Spanish town of San Pedro and 6 miles from the cosmopolitan resort of Puerto Banus. There is much to do and see in this wonderful area during the day and so many fabulous restaurants and bars in which to spend your evenings before retiring to the apartment's large south-west facing terrace to watch the sun go down. The apartment also has another 2 terraces to catch the sun in the morning. Outside, the beautiful tropical gardens with water features and a dazzling swimming pool (including a small pool and play area for young children), are completely enclosed. Inside the spacious, 1st floor apartment (with lift access) is furnished and decorated to a high standard with marble floors and terracotta tiling throughout. Equipped with all the modern amenities it will appeal to both families and golfing parties alike.

The property is situated on the edge of the small village of Cancelada less than an hour's drive from the airport, with restaurants, supermarket, bars and even a bank, all within walking distance. Hotel Selenza with the largest thalassotherapy spa in Andalucia, is 300 meters from us and is open to non-residents. Close by is the town of San Pedro which has a large variety of shops and restaurants. Stylish Puerto Banus is about 5 miles along the coast. The ever popular resort of Estepona is a few kilometres to the west and a trip to Gibraltar is a 'must' for all first time visitors. For the culture-vultures the historic towns of Ronda and Granada are to the north. The beach at Costalita is within easy reach where there are bars and restaurants for snacks during the day. For families there are two water parks at Mijas/Fuengirola and Torremolinos and Selwo Safari Park and Tivoli World for the younger children. For golfers there is a huge choice of courses nearby to suit all abilities.

    Christmas and New Year 2009/2010 will be charged at £425.00 per week and Easter week 2010 will be charged at £450.00.

  • We ask that a deposit of 20% be paid at the time of booking and the remainder 8 weeks prior to departure.
    A refundable deposit of £150.00 is required as security against loss or damage.

    Up to 6 weeks - Deposit refunded if property subsequently let.

    4-6weeks - 50% of rate refunded.

    2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded.

    Less than 2 weeks - no refund.

Our apartment is beautifully furnished throughout. All rooms are off a marble tiled hall. The kitchen is fitted with Bosch equipment and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine, clothes airier, iron and ironing board. The main living area is larger than standard holiday apartments with a dining table and settees that comfortably seat 6 people. The dining and living room furniture is light oak and the dining chairs are brown leather. Sliding doors lead out onto a terrace with views to the spectacular mountains where you can enjoy outdoor dining from morning 'til night. There are 2 sleeper reclining chairs to snooze away warm afternoons. The smaller terrace off the kitchen also has a table with chairs for early morning coffee overlooking the beautiful gardens.

The master bedroom, with its 5' bed, is furnished in traditional dark wood furniture with sumptuous matching curtains and bedding. It has a full en suite bathroom with a separate shower cubicle and bath. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and is furnished in white Shaker-style furniture. There is also a very comfortable Z-bed supplied. The 2nd bathroom is tiled in terracotta and also has a shower and bath. Both bedrooms have terraces.

We are just back from 2 fantastic weeks at this apartment. It is very modern, spacious and extremely well equipped. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Photos cannot do justice to it or to the beautiful gardens - you simply have to see it to believe it. The pool is excellent with a lifeguard on duty at all times. Very safe and secure. This location has everything - shops, restaurants, beach, close to Estepona and Puerto Banus and above all - great weather.
You will not rent a better apartment from a nicer person - Valerie could not have been more helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone.

Excellent Apartment

Just back from a lovely week at this apartment, very spacious and exactly as described on Holiday Rentals website. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and pool, which are maintained on a daily basis. The pool was never busy, most of the time we had it to ourselves.The owner provided clear instructions to the apartment and couldn't have been more helpful. It's location is ideal in a quiet area but with supermarket, restaurants etc within walking distance. We hired a car and visited Estepona, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena & Mijas - with many more places left to visit we ran out of time!

Would definitely recommend this apartment to friends & relatives.

Lovely Apartment

This is a great 2 bedroom apartment very big and clean and very well equiped. It is on a quiet complex with a lovely pool and great childrens pool (which our children loved). We had a great holiday would recomend you hire a car to get around. Lots of nice beaches and towns near by.

The return visit

We have just returned from another fabulous week in this fantastic apartment. It was just as we had left it on our previous visit. The owner couldnt have been more helpful and even text to make sure everything was ok. Five stars AGAIN - took three boys (15, 11 and 10) the holiday can be as cheap or expensive as you want it to be. With the supermarkets close by (2mins) we ate in and then watched a DVD from the selection in the apartment. Lots of good resturants nearby to suit all budgets - would recommend Tiffanys, Grumbles and Grapevine at Buena Vista which is just a few minutes away.

Once again we were among about 5-10 others at the pool which was well maintained and has a life guard on duty.

Highly recommend this apartment!

Just back from a relaxing week. The appartment is of a high standard very spacious and with good comfortable furniture.The appartment was spottless when we arrived and the pool/garden area are attended to daily.Nice quiet area but with plenty nearby supermarket, bank etc. The owner is very helpfull and gave spot on directions.Highly recommended.
