Contemporary split level ranch with cathedral ceiling and skylight in Pettaquamscutt Lake Shores. House is located in a family neighborhood, walking distance to small private community beach, minutes to ocean beaches, Newport, and URI. Upper level features an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Lower level features 3 bedrooms, full bath and utility room with full size washer and dryer. Queen size beds are in all 5 bedrooms and all bedding is provided. Ceiling fans are located in all rooms, including bedrooms. Our home comes fully furnished with all amenities, including 4 T.V.'s. In addition, off the lower level is a new expanded deck with gas grill, umbrella table and chairs. Come, relax and unwind in this welcoming home in an ideal summer location!
