The Garden Room also has cathedral ceilings with 4 skylights and an abundance of windows which provide a warm and sunny place to relax with the morning paper or to stare up at the stars on a quiet evening. The Breakfast Nook and formal Dining Room will comfortably seat 8-10 people. Downstairs there is a large Entertainment Room. Also, on the lower level, is a king-sized bedroom with an adjoining bath. The Entertainment Room offers a stylish home bar, game table, comfortable reading area with books and games to play. Its also equipped with satellite television, VCR, DVD, and a stereo music system. This is a new, year-round, home that is light, bright and spacious. It is well-equipped with sheets, blankets, comforters, towels, kitchen utensils, dinnerware for eight and comfortable new furnishings in island colors.
Guest Book: The island offers a diverse calendar of events each summer ranging from art shows and concerts at the Tabernacle, to farm and craft markets in West Tisbury. Some perennial favorites are the fireworks in Oak Bluffs, the agricultural fair, fun runs and road races, home tours, auctions and antique shows, Illumination Night in Cottage city, yacht races, fishing derbies, and a shark tournament. Land conservation and public access to beaches have been priorities on the island for many years. The Preservation Trust and The Land Bank have opened many trails and access routes to remote areas on the island that are excellent for meditation, birding, kayaking, fishing and hiking.
