Bedrooms: Master kingsize bedroom, on the ground floor, with a fabulous view over the garden to the water front, walk in closets and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Second and third bedrooms, with a shared bath, are on the first floor with access to the balcony.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom with shower with master bedroom.
Second full bathroom on first floor. Pool bath with shower on ground floor and cloak room off the sitting room.
Kitchen: The large open plan kitchen with solid granite counter tops and breakfast bar through to informal dining area. Appliances include side by side refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, oven, hob, extractor, and washer/dryer in a separate area.
Utility Room: Large oversize separate washing machine and dryer and large utility sink. Cupboard for ironing board etc.
Living Rooms: Sitting room has a high ceiling and large sliding patio doors that open into side walls to create a clear access into the screened lanai with pool and outdoor BBQ/sink area. Opening off it is a snug room which doubles as a study/tv room.
Other: Formal dining room is situated between the sitting room and the kitchen.
There is also a sitting room on the first floor with sliding doors onto the large balcony that has views over the back garden, boat dock and water, with stunning evening sunsets.
linen/maid service: Towels and linens are included but not beach towels.
The property has three steps up to the front door but the ground floor is all on one level.
The property is situated on a large corner plot and has its own boat dock.
The private pool is within a screened lanai which also has a BBQ and ample seating.
A 30% is required to secure a booking with the balance due 6 weeks before you travel. A damage deposit is payable before you travel.

The property is situated on the water with a small beach close by. Larger beaches are found a short drive away.
This area is surrounded by numerous golf courses, the closest being in Apollo Beach.
Tampa airport is the closest airport approx 35 minutes drive. Orlando is also convenient and approx 50 minute drive. Car hire is recommended.

We ask that the house is left how it is found. There is a cleaning fee of £50 to cover basics.
Booking deposit is 30% of the total rental amount. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to travel.
