A large spacious and well presented house, set in one and a half acres of French countryside. Everything provided to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Guaranteed to help you forget those modern day stresses and strains of working life!

'Les Trois Soleils' is a 200 year old French Farmhouse, completely renovated to cater for today's modern needs, whilst still retaining some of its unique original features. The original oak beams have been left exposed, the granite fireplace now has a modern addition of a multi-fuel stove, to keep you nice and warm during those cold winter nights. The old bread oven can be used as a games room for all the family to enjoy some quality time together......

'Really enjoyed our stay at Les Trois Soleils'......the house was well equipped with everything we needed, lovely kitchen, comfortable lounge with fab home cinema system and most of all comfy beds! 'A home form home, everything you need, ideal for large/extended family'.....Booked a weeks accommodation at Les Trois Soleils for 4 adults and two children back in March 2012. We were greeted by English speaking agents who were very helpful. Really happy with the property, clean well equipped (ideal if you have children) and very spacious, more than enough room for all of us. A real home from home.

'Fantastic getaway'.....Myself and a group of friends booked a stay at Les Trois Soleils for a relaxing break and we weren't disappointed! The accommodation was spotless and the facilities available are perfect for a group of friends to a family with young children, there are cots and high-chairs etc. the tennis courts are a short walk away and great fun.

Kitchen and dining: Modern kitchen with all usual amenities to include....dishwasher, cooker, microwave, washing machine, American fridge-freezer.

Living rooms: Spacious and comfortable large living room with large LCD tv, home cinema DVD/satellite TV, log fire, sofa bed and downstairs bathroom. Reclining leather seats for 6 people with additional sofa bed and large dining table for 8 people.

Bedrooms: One room with 2 single beds, 1 double room, 1 double room with ensuite bathroom & 1 room with king-size bed and en suite. Wardrobes/cupboard storage in each.

Bathrooms: Large family bathroom upstairs. Wash-room and wc downstairs. Two en suites upstairs with massage showers.

Heating: Multi-fuel log burner and electric wall heaters for winter. (winter supplement on heating applies - speak to owner)

Entertainment: Large LCD tv, home cinema DVD/satellite TV. Bookshelf with selection of adult and children's books. Children's games and toy selection for indoor and outdoor use. Poker table and accessories for adult use in the games-room (previously an old working bread oven). Selection of boardgames for the family.

Garden and outside: Plenty of open space for the family to play. Bikes available (see caretaker) for guests use. Large family BBQ. Table and chairs with parasol.

Parking and garages: Plenty of space to park cars outside house.

Visitor suitability: Suitable for couples, families and groups. Perfect for those with babies as free baby kits supplied. Ideal for relaxing holidays or for the adventurous types who will appreciate the amount of activities and days out within an hours drive. Also perfect for fishing with Europe largest carp fishery only a 10 minute drive away.

Information about any additional facilities: Linen available to hire for small charge. Baby facilities: 2 high-chairs/baby bath, 2 cots/pushchair/changing table and mat supplied at no charge.

'Pescalis"' - Europe's Largest Fishing Complex - A 10 minute drive to Europe's largest fishing complex. Ideal for beginners or professionals with some huge fish to catch!

'La Parc De Pierre Brune Theme Park' with Rides/Activities - France's equivalent to Alton Towers is ideal for all the family to enjoy.Only a 45 minute drive away.

'Lilo Z'enfants Parc de Jeux at 85120 LA TARDIERE' - A 10 minute drive to this Childrens indoor/outdoor activity centre. Lots of games and toys to keep young children well entertained.

'Local Beach & Childrens play area' - A large and very clean man-made beach and lake can be found a short drive away (20 mins) at Verruyes. Ideal for swimming, paddling, sand castle building and general family fun. Also has a children's play area (see pictures)

'Local Swimming' - As the property does not yet have a swimming pool, there is a large heated one 5 minutes away in Secondigny just down the road. This was only built in 2012 and is open seasonally. Ideal for families.

'Puy Du Fou, Outdoor Cinema and Theme Park' - Highly recommended and an extremely popular tourist attraction for people from miles around. A must see and enjoyable family day out.

'South Coast of France.140km of Beaches to enjoy' - La Rochelle, Les Sables D'Olonne & Rochefort with miles of exceptionally clean sandy beaches can be found over an hours drive away.

'Tennis' - 2 Tennis courts located 200m down the road adjacent to a football playing area. Both are well maintained and free to use.

Myself and a group of friends booked a stay at Les Trois Soleils for a relaxing break and we werent dissapointed! The accomodation was spotless and the facilities available are perfect for a group of friends to a family with young children, there are cots and highchairs etc. The tennis courts are a short walk away and great fun and free to use, and the bakery down the road is amazing! A lovely house and the owners were very informative and helpful throughout our stay! i will definately return!!!
