Vacation Paradise: The outdoor balcony has a dining table under shade and a sun deck for sun and shade throughout the day. Just renovated in 2007! You'll enjoy state of the art kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, large screen television, bidet in the master bathroom, central air and all the conveniences of being on Hollywood Beach. This lovely condo community has a private swimming pool and an outdoor barbeque/picnic area. Best of all it is only steps to the sand and the Hollywood Boardwalk.

My family and I rented this property on December 27th, 2008.The Property was clean, spacious, and located in a perfect spot meters from the Beach and boardwalk. Great Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Everything we needed and more was provided. New appliances in the Kitchen and Washer and Dryer in-house. Balcony was a nice touch to have over looking the intercoastal and Beach. Neighbors were very helpful and pleasant. Pool was clean and a lot of chairs available. My Dealings with the owner was A+. My kids can't wait to be back..

We stayed at this condo from March 28-April 1, 2008 and were very satisfied. It was greatly located, very clean with private underground parking. It was a much better set up than staying at a hotel because you have your own kitchen and living room.

Location was great whether you land in Miami or Fort Lauderdale. I would certainly rent it again if I was back in the area.

The condo is a few feet from the beach and has water views from the large porch. Both beds were comfortable and linens were plentiful. Kitchen and bathrooms were newly renovated . State of the art kitchen. Would recommend this condo for small families or 2 couples.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
