Located just 5 miles from Sugarloaf, this beautiful 4 season home is located in a private area on a dead end road. Fantastic views of the Bigelow Range are visible from the comfortable front deck. A large field that is perfect for outdoor activities borders the Carrabassett River just outside your door. Within walking distance is the town office complex which features a playground, tennis, and a pool (seasonal). The Valley Shuttle picks up skiers just down the road for free rides to the mountain.

Nearest Airport: carrabassett regional at 1 Miles
Truly a 4 seasons resort, Sugarloaf offers something for everyone. The mountain area offers skiing, cross country skiing, turbo-tubing, skating and an indoor anti-gravity center with trampolines, rock climbing and a fitness center. In the summer the area offers hiking, canoeing, biking, rafting and golf at Maine's premier facility; the Robert Trent Sugarloaf Golf course. Directly accessible from your front door are snowmobile trails that link to the ITS system or strap on your skis or snowshoes and head out into the Maine wilderness. The newly constructed bike path begins at the town office and numerous other mountain bike trails are nearby. The new Maine Huts & Trails Poplar Stream location is only a 2mile ski/hike. The river offers cool and refreshing relaxation in numerous swimming holes.
