Description of the Fayston vacation house rental
This contemporary salt-box is situated just off Rt. 17 near Route 100. It is an ideal central location of this Mad River Valley house that makes it great for wedding groups, larger families and multiple couples looking for an affordable mountain getaway. The main level of the house has a open living plan that includes kitchen, dining, and living area. Two 8' sliding glass doors lead to a covered deck with a new Weber gas grill. The finished walk-out lower level has 2 bedrooms, a full tile and glass bathroom plus laundry area. The second level has 2 large bedrooms and a full bath. Finally, the loft has 2 private bedrooms with a full bed and skylight in each. The yard is spacious and well-kept with perennial gardens and mountain views.
