Built less than 100 feet from the shores of Long Lake, it offers magnificent lake and mountain views, a sandy beach, raft, dock and boathouse with upper deck. Access to Sebago Lake and Brandy Pond provides 40 miles of waterway. Enjoy outdoor living with 3 decks and a screen porch, all furnished. Outdoor fireplace and charcoal grill for the fresh catch of the day. Kayak off the calories. Perenniel gardens and sandy beach. One hundred fifty feet lake frontage and beautifully treed lot offer privacy. Swings, rockers, hammocks. Fall asleep to the cry of the loons.

Located two miles from the Naples causeway, which offers a mix of shops, restaurants, arcades, and water activities. The historic Songo Queen makes several trips a day on the lake and down the Songo river toward the locks that lead into Sebago lake. Bordering Naples is Bridgton, a historic and picturesque New England town with an eclectic collection of shops and restaurants. Deertrees Theater in nearby Harrison offers first rate musical and theater performances. North Conway, home of the outlets, is 45 minutes west. But the best thing to do is nothing but read a book, listen to the loons, nap on the hammock, cruise along the lake, and eat lobsters lakeside while watching the sun set. Don't miss Fall foliage and country fairs & antique shows. In the Winter there's snowmobiling, skiing, nearby, ice fishing, snowshoeing, or reading a book by the crackling fire.
