Located on N. Virginian Dare Trail in Kill Devil Hills across the street from the beach. This house has it all! Take a plunge in your own private pool after enjoying a day on the beach, just feet away with your own private beach access. You are just steps from the Avalon pier where you can spend the day fishing. Spend a night enjoying the stars with our breath taking ocean views in the hot tub. Too tired to climb the stairs? No worry, take the elevator. Perfect for a large family or families. Each bedroom has its own private bath. This house can accommodate up to 14 people. There are 4 master bedrooms each with a king bed; one bedroom with 2 pyramid bunks, plus QSS in game room. The downstairs has a game room equipped with a refrigerator, wet bar, and ice maker. Surround sound in the great room and game room. The great room hosts a kitchen with stone counter tops and stunning ocean views. You can relax by the fire on cooler nights.

PERFECT VACATION PROPERTY

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at ACQUA. The home is laid out perfectly for large families or multiple families with what are essentially four master suites with king sized beds and private bathrooms. The bunk room is great for kids of all ages and also has its own full bath. The kitchen has every amenity you could need. The pool and hot tub are huge hits with young and old after a day on the beach. We maintained an "over 70 only" rule for the elevator that kind of turned into a joke among the kids. The house is clean, modern, and well laid out and I definitely recommend this property to anybody looking for a relaxing week on the beach. The house is centrally located, Food Lion and KMart are within walking distance, but still feels like it is off the beaten path. 32 thumbs up from all of us ranging in age from 7 to 77.

The only way ACQUA could be better if it was free to stay there! This house has everything...fantastic location, great views, well-equipped, and comfortable. The house is very clean, there's a closet full of beach chairs, and the pool was soooo enjoyable. We had a great week at ACQUA and hope to enjoy many more. Thanks, Kim and AJ, for offering your getaway for us to enjoy!

What more could we have asked for? A beautiful, very well kept beach house, fantastic owners and an absolutely perfect location. A short stroll to the Avalon Peer, restaurants and a walk across the street to the beach.

We wish that we had reserved in time for this year!

The Acqua was just perfect! We have stayed at other house along this beach, and this one is our first choice from now on! We completely enjoyed our week at the beach thanks to this beautifully decorated home, the ocean view, steps away from the beach, the numerous outside decks all made it a perfect place to relax. LOVED the private pool and hot tub!! The kitchen was more than equipped and the whole house was immaculate. Perfect house for a large family, or multiple families. (I personally loved the "bunk bed room" that the kids stayed in, beautiful). We did not need to use the elevator but a great idea for those elderly or handicapped individuals. Great location for evening dining and shopping outings. Thanks so much for accomodating a perfect vacation.

EXCELLENT HOUSE WITH ALL THE AMENITIES

We love the ocean and this house suited our needs and wants perfectly. Even the weather was perfect. The property description was accurate and the house was clean and well maintained. We are recommending this property and this destination to our friends. We plan to rent it again ourselves next summer. We enforced the "age 70 and older only" rule in the elevator but having it there sure made things easier on my parents. The pool was an excellent place to cool off after a day on the beach. The kids loved it!!! The hot tub was a great place to hang out before bed. Kill Devil Hills has everything you need conveniently located but the main road is unobtrusive. We visited the Wright Brothers Memorial and we drove south along the coast when we headed home at the end of our great getaway.
