Would absolutely stay again

This was our first trip to Anchorage and the home was great. Very quiet neighborhood and we felt perfectly safe. We planned to do daily drive trips so this place as easily accessible to the roads we needed. The grocery store (Carrs) was so accessible, as was the Costco. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. We could not hear anyone below us or beside of us. I assume someone was there since windows were open.
It was nice to find the kitchen with some food stuffs to get us started. Also, the washer and dryer was a very nice amenity with the clothes detergent and fabric softener there.
the best part was that our flight was delayed out by 3 hours. Since no one was checking in, Tom allowed to have a very late check out (like 8p) at no additional charge. This made our final day in the area much more comfortable.
The high speed internet was a necessity for our family and we used it each day. Thank goodness for 2 TVs so that we could watch what we wanted.
We have 2 teens so the bunk was perfect. We don't have small kids but I did see a pack n play in the closet for those who might need it.
If I ever get back to AK, I would definitely rent this place again.
The only downside would be someone who needed handicap accessibility. There were 8 or 9 steps at the entrance and no ramp. Just keep that in mind.
Other than that, it was great.
