About Suzy Kline

About Five Trees

After many years of visiting Cape Cod, in 2002, Suzy Kline bought a lovely property in Yarmouth Port, Mass., a charming historic town on Cape Cod.

It had everything Suzy wanted, a mix of town and country, with a comfortable home and lots of land. The property also had two rentals perfect for people who wanted to rent a home for a vacation or weekend getaway.

This lovely property is sufficiently set back from the road to afford privacy and peace & quiet from any automobile traffic. The Townhouses are surrounded by a huge lawn with beautiful trees, including a huge Sycamore Tree with five trunks, for which Suzy named her new home. At the rear is a lovely acre of forest leading to the old Cape Cod Rail line.

In addition to the main house and rental, there are two additional buildings: A cute barn (which she converted to a studio for her art and craft projects), and a lovely private cottage toward the back with it's own amenities.

Suzy restored the buildings to their original 1940's feel, and indulged in one of her passions, gardening, putting in new flower beds and amending old ones.

While still running a real estate business in New York City, she created a peaceful oasis in one of the most beautiful locations in the country, if not the world. With all of this Suzy strives to make your visit to Five Trees pleasant and memorable.

Very pleasant.

  • 5 of 5
My parents, husband, dog and I stayed at Suzy's for 3 nights last week. The town house is utterly charming. It was spacious for all of us with two beds and two baths. It was clean and bright. The yard was delightful with patio furniture and a swing conveniently placed for us to enjoy the outside. The yard was extremely well maintained. Suzy has made a cute little trail in the woods behind the house with all kinds of little decorative details to make it more interesting. There was a bird feeder outside the bedroom window and we spent a lot of time watching many birds and squirrels. The house itself was decorated with very cute knickknacks and fresh flowers. Suzy was gracious and wonderful. She was helpful and available anytime we had a question. We were so impressed with her eye for beauty and imagination.
We visited Martha's Vineyard and the Hyannis downtown area was very nice a a well.
Overall it was a good trip and we are very glad we were able to stay at Suzy's

Great cottage full of warmth and charm!

  • 5 of 5
My wife and I and our two teenage daughters stayed at Five Trees the week of Aug 14 - 21, 2010. From the time we pulled into the driveway until we left at the end of the week we were treated to the best in hospitality by Suzy. The cottage met and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, up to date and in a very good location for visiting all that the Cape has to offer. Suzy was extremely helpful as a tourist guide and she was even able to help us secure complimentary whale watching tickets. I would not hesitate to recommend Five Trees to anyone that is considering a Cape Cod vacation. My family and I had a wonderful vacation and it was in large part to the great accommodations we had and the warm hospitality we received from Suzy.

Townhome Review-

  • 5 of 5
Our stay at the townhome was perfect. The grounds were beautiful, and peaceful..the townhome was so charming and comfortable; it had everything you could ever need..right down to an expresso maker! Well equipped kitchen, great shower. We especially enjoyed the walking trails on which our dogs could get daily exercise and enjoy the feel of the woods. Suzy was a wonderful hostess..it is obvious that she puts alot of care into the grounds and the cottages.,Peterson's Market and Captain Frosty's were two of our favorite daily excursions. Excellent choice of beaches which were all close by, and a nice freshwater lake close by as well. Beautiful art galleries . Overall our stay was wonderful...we left Suzy's place feeling rested, relaxed and grateful we had such a nice place to stay...our dogs had a great time too! Thank you Suzy!

What a lovely cottage!

  • 5 of 5
We have been staying in Suzy's cottage for one week at a time during the past three summers and have enjoyed every minute of our vacations! The place is clean and quaint, very comfortable, very unique. The amenities are perfect, with cable tv for our two kids and internet access for the grown-ups! And a patio with a BBQ for dinner! Not to mention room for the dogs to roam around! The grounds are beautiful with grass and flowers, lots of birds. Suzy has been super flexible and we have been able to bring with us our two retrievers and cat! The location is ideal to get around. It is close to the beautiful Dennis beaches (especially Mayflower, our favorite) and there is a beach nearby where we can bring the dogs. Suzy has been a lovely hostess and we cannot wait to come back next year!
