WELCOME TO BONNET POINT! GORGEOUS BEACH AND OCEAN VIEWS!! SO CLOSE TO THE SAND!

This house is the best we've rented on Bonnett in the decade or so that we've rented in that area. It's spacious with an awesome master suite, game room and tricked out kitchen. You can hear the surf and the beach is perfect for families. You won't find better.

We have rented this lovely home for three summers in a row. Not only is it super-conveneint to walk to the beach, but you won't find better views with a rental property in this neighborhood at this price. There is plenty of room for everyone. What is also nice is there are two areas in the house where kids can hang out while adults can have their own space. Ken is very responsive to suggestions and has been continuously improving the property since we first started renting it.

Bonnett Shores is a great community for families. Most of the homes closest to the beach are owner-occupied so there not many rentals available. The beach is safe for younger children but has enough surf for boogie boarding, etc. for the older kids. At low tide there are two great areas to go crabbing. The house is convenient to shopping and there is plenty to do in the area if you have a cold/rainy day.

We will be returning again next summer!

After much research and many visits to various beach rentals, I chose to lease this lovely home in Bonnet Shores based on its gorgeous interior, its generous size, and its unmatched water-views. It turned out to be one of the wisest decisions I've made! The house was accommodating and stocked with every amenity you could imagine. The photos on this website don't even begin to do the deck that runs the entire length of the house justice - sitting there in the sun, gazing at the ocean, grilling tuna steaks.....it was sublime. All of the bedrooms were well-appointed, as was the modern kitchen. The open floor-plan on the main floor lends to the airy, light-filled feel of the property. In terms of making the actual arrangements for the rental, the owner was unfailingly pleasant, answered questions quickly, and perhaps most important, returned the security deposit promptly! All in all, the week I spent in this house was one of the most enjoyable vacations I've had in recent memory, and I would not hesitate to give this rental my unreserved and enthusiastic recommendation.
