All shopping is located a short drive down 1-A including supermarket and liquor, DVD rentals, gifts and antiques. There are many fabulous restaurants in the area to choose from offering a full range of cuisine. And the fresh seafood!! The kitchen is spacious with a large granite island and has all the cookware and utensils needed to accommodate any culinary requirement. A large grill is also provided on the deck and outdoor shower for return trips from the beach located only steps away. The completely finished lower level contains a recreation room equipped with a ping-pong table and many other games. Walk out from the lower level to the back yard overlooking the ocean with gardens and granite steps down to the newly expanded parking area. The beautiful gardens in the front are in bloom with roses and many different flowers. Redefine your vacation experience with truly a gem among all the others!

This is a fabulous house. You can hear the surf as you wake each morning, and the views are outstanding. It's an easy walk to the great family beach, making it possible to go back and forth during the day. The house is well laid out, completely modern, and very comfortable. Our family of seven loved it, and we'll be heading back for another summer. We highly recommend it!

This house is the best we've rented on Bonnett in the decade or so that we've rented in that area. It's spacious with an awesome master suite, game room and tricked out kitchen. You can hear the surf and the beach is perfect for families. You won't find better.

Best location in neighborhood!

We have rented this lovely home for three summers in a row. Not only is it super-conveneint to walk to the beach, but you won't find better views with a rental property in this neighborhood at this price. There is plenty of room for everyone. What is also nice is there are two areas in the house where kids can hang out while adults can have their own space. Ken is very responsive to suggestions and has been continuously improving the property since we first started renting it.

Bonnett Shores is a great community for families. Most of the homes closest to the beach are owner-occupied so there not many rentals available. The beach is safe for younger children but has enough surf for boogie boarding, etc. for the older kids. At low tide there are two great areas to go crabbing. The house is convenient to shopping and there is plenty to do in the area if you have a cold/rainy day.

We will be returning again next summer!

Idyllic Beach Experience

After much research and many visits to various beach rentals, I chose to lease this lovely home in Bonnet Shores based on its gorgeous interior, its generous size, and its unmatched water-views. It turned out to be one of the wisest decisions I've made! The house was accommodating and stocked with every amenity you could imagine. The photos on this website don't even begin to do the deck that runs the entire length of the house justice - sitting there in the sun, gazing at the ocean, grilling tuna steaks.....it was sublime. All of the bedrooms were well-appointed, as was the modern kitchen. The open floor-plan on the main floor lends to the airy, light-filled feel of the property. In terms of making the actual arrangements for the rental, the owner was unfailingly pleasant, answered questions quickly, and perhaps most important, returned the security deposit promptly! All in all, the week I spent in this house was one of the most enjoyable vacations I've had in recent memory, and I would not hesitate to give this rental my unreserved and enthusiastic recommendation.

We just stayed, at this beautiful house and were more impressed, when we arrived. It is a great house, for sharing the rent, as each level, has its own bedroom and bath and privacy. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and a short walk to the beach. The views were all the owner says they are. And we met the owner and he was so pleasant and even allowed us, an extra day, at a great rate. We loved our vacation, the house, the neighborhood and Narragansett. Hope we can return soon.
