Campagnano di Roma Villa Rental Photos and Description
4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a triple living room + cottage for guests. Sleeps 10 +
Villa Cassia is a wonderful and typical farmhouse with wooden finishing, terracotta floors, and old shingles laid out on a single floor without architectural barriers.
The living area has a large triple living room, of about 150 sq.m, with 5 m height ceilings and made of solid wood, typical bricks of Latium additional to a mezzanine (often used as an additional bedroom), and a large and fully equipped kitchen.
The villa has 4 large bedrooms, 3 of which with en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, and electric shutters that allow you to sleep in total darkness. Another full bathroom with shower and WC is available for the 4th bedroom and the living area
The porch of the villa, built with the same interior characteristics, offers a space of 70 sq.m and a panoramic view of the Veio Regional Natural Park. The porch is completely furnished with a lounge for 10 people, a ceramic table for 12 people, and a wood-burning oven for roasts and pizzas. There is also a wood burning BBQ.
The villa also boasts a outbuilding of 55 sq.m with a small lounge, a kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, and a bedroom with a bunk bed.

We are a family of professionals involved in an international context. Claudio is an Italian accountant. Dolores is Irish and works as a teacher. They have only one child, Luca. He is a junior university student of economy at IE University in Madrid, of course in English.
They live in a villa near Villa Cassia and are always at your disposal to make your stay unforgettable and peaceful.
Claudio purchased this villa in 2003
Why Claudio chose Campagnano di Roma
Villa Cassia is rented because it had been built by the owners with high quality materials, and for their son Luca, who is currently studying abroad.
Of course, the decision of building a house for their son near their house has come from the beauty of the environment and from the elegance of the area that, despite being in the countryside, offers all the comforts of an urban area.
What makes this villa unique
We built this villa to give it the charm of a real typical Roman farmhouse, with small features in terracotta, combining tradition and the efficiency of technology and well-being.
