Perfect setting for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Gorgeous lake and mountain views. Great swimming, boating, fishing, bird watching. Private, gradual sandy beach. Private dock to accommodate 18-foot boat. Anchored swim raft, kayak, row boat. Sunny yard big enough for frisbee, badminton, croquet. Beautiful pine-paneled interior. Brand new, fully equipped kitchen. Large, wrap-around screened porch. Comfortable furnishings, propane stove, tubular skylight, 37-inch flat screen TV. Three bedrooms. Guesthouse with 3/4 bath. Short drive to Mt. Washington Valley attractions. Available June through October.

Cottage Details: We pride ourselves on paying attention to every detail. The cottage will be immaculate when you arrive. The beds and blankets are very nice and always clean. No mold issues. The kitchen ( all new for 2009) is well equipped. Trash and recycling are picked up at the cottage. Housekeeping is included in the rental. Additional weekly housekeeping is availble free of charge for rentals of two or more weeks. The last step in our renovations, exterior house painting, coming soon.
