Our policy is to try not to extract the last dollar out of you and retire to Florida. Our policy is to be here renting with a good and loyal client base. Our rates are the lowest in Provincetown and are often much better than many places charging much more money. The choice is yours, sacrifice nothing and stay at a great accommodation in a quiet part of town where you can get a good nights sleep. Captain Bob's goal is to rent to you a comfortable, clean and affordable private condominium in a beautiful and quiet place. Captain Bobs rentals has not increased off season rents in over 10 years and is very happy to have your business. The off season rents are the same this year as last year (2007) despite the doubling of taxes, condo fees and a massive $59,000.00 special assessment to us as part of an $865,000.00 overall assessment to the entire complex for winter 2007- 2008 capitol improvements. We are not crazy despite appearances to the contrary as we have gained many loyal guests over time due to the quality of the accommodations and the affordability.
