A delightful spotless single family home located 2 blocks from one of the best beaches in New Jersey (near the Diamond Beach area) and 2 blocks from the bay. This lovely home has a brand new kitchen, appliances, bedding, carpeting, bathroom, ceiling fans in every room. It has a fenced-in backyard with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. This charming home and porch area have central air conditioning. There is a queen futon sofa in the living room with 2 drawers underneath for an overnight guest! There is a washer and dryer and outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a sitting area inside. The house will sleep 6 with 2 full beds in one bedroom, 1 queen in the other. Each bedroom has 2 windows, the living room has 3, bathroom has one and the kitchen has a side screen door.

Location: New Jersey < USA

The cleanest and safest beaches on the Jersey coast, charter fishing boats nearby, surf fishing, jet ski, boat rentals, and crabbing nearby (providing your own fishing pole or crab cages). Bike rentals are nearby and there is a bike and roller blading path nearby along the beach. Boardwalk, amusement park, and a GREAT water park is only blocks away yet you have a quiet area where the house is. There are movie theaters nearby as well as food stores and fresh produce markets. Trolleys run and there are some great restaurants nearby as well as 'ice cream' shops. The bay, which is called 'Sunset Lake' has one of the most beautiful sunsets to ever see! Cape May is a short car ride away (about 10 minutes) and there are lovely shops there, horse drawn carriage rides, old beautiful Victorian homes, tours you can take of these old homes and historical tours of the area. Atlantic City is only about 30 minutes away.
