This is a very large 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with two separate living rooms. Located in Talmont on Tahoe's West Shore, this home comes with two decks, new Hot Springs Hot Tub, gourmet kitchen, Huge Game Room with a Pool Table - Ping Pong Table - Whirlwind Foosball Table and Air Hockey. Also has a large 6 car garage with automatic door openers,large flat driveway, manicured Lawn with automatic sprinkler system,new Whirlpool Duet front load washer/dryer, new Montana lodge queen beds, and new custom log bunk beds. There is also a new country wood stove with a glass front door, attached wood room fully stocked, 3 televisions with new DVD/VCR players, good cable TV package, high speed cable Internet with a wireless router and private beach access. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking including a professional 6 burner gas stove, and a huge side by side Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer. The dining room table seats 10 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen counter.
