Private oceanfront compound with expanse from 9 room main house to beach cabana with great views, private beach and swimming. Cove great for kids and kayak access. Main house is nicely furnished with new kitchen and new baths. Main house also includes separate (internal door access) 'apartment' with kitchen and bath. This apartment is never rented to a separate party, and provides privacy if desired. Minutes to Fort Williams park with Portland Head Light, beautiful sandy beach state park, and downtown Portland- a vibrant city with excellent restaurants, museum and old port section. Pet permitted with prior approval.
