Renovated 2400 square foot Colonial offers lots of room with 2 full bathrooms and an additional outdoor enclosed shower for those gorgeous warm, sunny days! Very bright and light with lots of windows. A great fenced-in backyard for entertaining and enjoying the BBQ with lots of chairs and table, or on the cooler nights everyone can eat in the enclosed sunroom. 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath, 1 bedroom downstairs with a full bath. Large family room has another table for quick breakfasts before heading to the beach. Walking is less than a 1/2 mile to the beach on the Nantucket Sound side. The home is close to many attractions! If you go to church on your vacation, this is also within walking distance. It's in a great neighborhood! This home is ready for your large family or for 2 families vacationing together! We enjoy it and can't wait for you to as well.

Within walking distance you can go to the liquor store, the post office, breakfast cafe, church, The Villa Italian Restaurant (great food), bumper cars, batting cages, trampolines for the kids, Seafood Sams, cute shops, Allen's Harbor, Dairy Queen, Dunkin' Donuts & more! Harwichport is only a few miles away and Chatham is about a 15 minute drive. Dennisport is only a 5 minute drive. The list is endless of the things to enjoy on Cape Cod!
