Huge backyard with expansive lawn affords privacy & features a 20x40 in-ground pool surrounded by blue stone and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Two decks (front and rear). Large wrap-around dining deck with patio furniture & stainless steel grill. Vaulted ceiling in living room and kitchen area with open floor plan, wet bar, brick fireplace, cable , DVD, and high speed internet. Flat screen TV's . Lots of windows & sliding doors throughout for sunshine & cool breezes. Situated in the artists community of the springs in East Hampton. Bike ride (l mile) to bay beaches & nearby markets. Waterfront restaurants, canoe and kayak rentals and local stores all close by. Close to town and ocean beaches. Wireless internet. Central a/c.

$3300 per week JUNE AND SEPTEMBER

Great Home in Calm, Beautiful Area of the Hamptons

Simple, clean, spacious house with fantastic amenities.

Pool, deck, and grill were well kept and fantastic additions to the home, beds very comfortable and the property was beautifully kept. Felt like we were in a secluded nook in the woods, but it was the perfect location - very close to Round Swamp Farm market, Amagansett, East Hampton, and Sag Harbor.

Owner very responsive and professional in demeanor - would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great vacation on Long Island. Would absolutely rent this home again!

We stayed here with 2 other couples in early October and had a fantastic time. This home is absolutely adorable and super comfy! Great big deck to BBQ, nice open kitchen with lots of light and the most peaceful surroundings made for a perfect weekend. Perfect for young couples, older couples, families and kids. We would absolutely stay here again!!

My family stayed for a week in august. Two adults, two kids ages 5 and 6. The size and flow of the house was perfect. Everything was well maintained. The kids loved the front and back yards and the pool. There is a beach close by (2 miles) but parking is by resident permit only. You would either have to bike it or drop off and bike or walk back. The pool is not heated.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
