House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Lovely, spacious colonial saltbox, conveniently located approximately 1.5 miles from town and 2 miles from south shore beaches. Miacomet Beach is closest. The first floor master suite has a four-poster king-size bed and attached bath. The master bath has a soaking tub and separate shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a Dynasty gas range and eat-in breakfast nook with ceiling fan, overlooking back yard.

Microwave, toaster over, blender, coffee maker, ice maker all all available. Separate formal dining room seats up to 10. Huge den with soaring cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan, and floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace. French doors go from den out to lovely back deck.

Living room has 40" HDTV with DISH satellite, as well as DVD player. Upstairs bedroom and downstairs master bedroom have TV with Satellite. Deck has wrought-iron table and chairs with umbrella as well as LaFuma lounge chairs. Well-kept flower planters surround the deck space.

Outdoor shower has just been rebuilt and is completely enclosed and private. Back yard is fenced and backs onto dirt road with conservation land beyond. Great sunset views from deck. Nice koi pond with waterfall.

Great House!! My husband and our 2 small kids (5&3) stayed for 1 week. The accomdations were great and it was a short drive to town. Everything we needed was provided including linens and beach chairs. Would definitely stay here again. A great place for our son who has terrible allergies.

My family (2 young teenagers, my husband and I) stayed at this property for one week. The photos don't do justice to this lovely, spacious home, which is on a quiet street. The shuttle bus into town is about a 5-minute walk from the house and runs frequently during the summer - very easy & convenient. We didn't miss our car at all, since we used the bus and rented bikes. The owner of the house is extremely nice and accomodating and made every effort to ensure that our stay was comfortable. We highly recommend this home for a relaxing stay in a beautiful spot on the island that feels like you're away from everything, but is actually very conveniently situated.
