A sheltered cove allows for much beach and water fun. Bring your bathing suit and a good book. Convenience of full eat-in kitchen, or BBQ and dine al fresco. Don't want to cook? Walk to fine dining. Wake up to views and relaxation. Escape to the shore with the convenience of highway and easy train access if return to NYC/civilization if needed.

Property is conveniently located with easy access to I-95 and train station. Milford is commutable to NYC if a summer escape is desired with city access. The New Haven line provides direct train service to Grand Central Station. One of Connecticut's finest seafood restaurants is an easy walk. Mexican and pizza also close enough to walk. Need more? Milford offers a quaint old New England downtown green and shopping area. Marinas about 10 min. drive provide a place to dock your boat for long and short stays. Forget something? A 15 minute drive to RT 1 will open the door to anything you might need including a large shopping mall. Watching the moon dance on the water not enough evening entertainment? Showcase cinemas are only 10 minutes away. Or, hop on 95 for a quick run into New Haven for theater and nightlife. Yale University campus and museums easy to reach. Or forget it all and just enjoy the beach.
