SoHo Apartment Rental Photos and Description
3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a modern aesthetic alongside classical elements
Take it for a spin
The denizens of Soho are not averse to the diverse, its blend of multicultural eateries, one-of-a-kind boutiques and buzzing nightlife drawing influence from the surrounding enclaves of Little Italy and Chinatown. And this interpretive spirit is palpable in Cleveland Place, a heady mix of playfully repurposed furnishings and refined, classical pieces. The art here is just as varied – there are large, colourful canvases in the living area, while the wallpaper in the bathroom and bedroom is subtly patterned and textured. And you’ll find the palette just as distinctive when you step out onto Nolita’s storied streets.
Your host’s design choices are the product of an acutely creative mind. And he satisfies his craving for the distinctive outside of his home too, visiting Soho’s manifold eateries and famed bars.
Layer by layer
In the open-plan living area a bright green corner sofa faces a rounded dining table of muted wood, with seating enough for four. And adjacent you’ve a polished billiard set. The U-shaped kitchen is upbeat, uniting marble tops with stainless steel appliances, while the study is an altogether more laidback affair, its walls framing a loveseat and built-in bookshelves.
The bedrooms also perform double duty – a bed sharing space with a media screen in one – but it’s the grey master suite that offers up the toughest choices: will you soak in the ensuite’s steam bath, or pass through French doors to the grill-ready terrace, where plush wicker seating is cosy against the building’s century-old façade?

About Owner / Property Manager
onefinestay gives you the chance to stay in someone's place while they're out of town. You get to live their life for a few days and nights.
Booking a stay is as easy as booking a hotel room. And there's service to match.
Nobody wants to be a tourist, so our homes come with recommendations from the people who live in them. For everything else, we're here 24/7.
Why Owner / Property Manager chose SoHo
It was in the 1960s that artists began flocking to a neighborhood south of Houston Street, drawn by the abandoned manufacturing lofts with high ceilings, abundant natural light and most importantly, cheap rent. As the bohemian set refashioned these wrecks into live-and-work spaces, they dramatically transformed the neighborhood too.
Today’s Soho is just as irresistible to creative types – albeit the polar opposite of the starving artist variety. The neighborhood's historic cast-iron buildings now hold some of the most jaw-dropping price tags in the country, and it shows in the company they keep.
Design stalwarts Prada and Chanel rub elegant shoulders with a few choice art galleries, a Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurant and an Apple store.
A casual Saturday brunch at Balthazar typically includes a side of runway model or two. A stroll down the cobblestone streets may come with a celebrity encounter, complete with paparazzi in hot pursuit.
Yet there are still pockets of Soho that retain that old edge, and there’s always something to discover at every turn: a corner pub that has been serving up tipples since 1847, a tiny bakery that churns out pastries with cult followings or a club filled with beautiful people that’s concealed underneath a taqueria.
