3 bedroom / 2 1/2 Bath Contemporary located off County Road, in Tower Ridge has undergone a complete renovation. Walk to Farm Neck for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!! House is secluded on 1.25 acres. Easy access to Edgartown/ Vineyard Haven Road, and up island towns. Two bedrooms on first floor each with queen sized beds; , One of the bedrooms on first floor also has a single pull out bed,; a full bathroom with shower/tub combo is also on 1st floor, along with screened in porch; Spiral staircases lead to second and third floor. Second floor is main living space ; large / open and airy; An open deck off dining room, allows for family getherings; There is a powder room on 2nd floor; A Spiral staircase leads to . third floor bdrm which has a queen sizes bed and also a trundle.bed. A full bathroom is also on 3rd floor. French doors lead to sunny open deck off third floor. The open floor plan on the second floor living area is decorated in relaxed comfortable style. There is a large outdoor shower in the back yard. Ample parking for guests

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Marianne and her husband did a great job with the renovations,everything is top quality. Loved the layout of the house,the master bedroom loft, the open kitchen...great for entertaining! Loved that there is a bathroom on EVERY floor (two full, one half)...Yay! The house is in the beautiful Tower Ridge development which is a 10min car ride to downtown Oak Bluffs or a peaceful 20min or less bike ride. The owners were great to work with and responsive.

The only thing I would recommend are outdoor motion lights in addition to the lights already there.Other then that we have no complaints.We truly enjoyed our stay here! highly recommend this property. Can't wait to go back next year.
