Looking for a comfortable and quiet condo in the center of Lake Tahoe? This exceptional 3 bedroom condo sleeps 8 comfortably. It is a 1/2 mile to Heavenly Valley and 1 mile to downtown.

There is world class skiing, boarding, hiking, biking, water sports and much more close by. Lots of great ski resorts, Kirkwood, Squaw, Alpine Meadows, plus more a short drive away. Take a walk to the lake, marina or ferry landing which is only 4 blocks away. There are restaurants, a brewery and a bakery just 2 blocks from the condo.

After a day on the slopes, relax in the large jacuzzi located close to the condo. In the summer enjoy the spacious heated swimming pool with lots of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Directly outside the condo is a Charcoal BBQ grill and picnic tables for your summer dinners.

Our clean and comfortable condo is a spacious 1200 square feet. There are not many condo's this large in South Lake Tahoe!. There are 3 private bedrooms with views of the meadow and Heavenly Valley. Two bedrooms have a queen bed. The newly master bedroom has a newly remodeled private bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. New comforters and pillows will ensure a peaceful night. The recently remodeled bathrooms have new towels and linens which are provided. The living room has a 42' wide screen plasma TV with cable. The large woodburning gas fireplace will keep you cozy after a day of acvities. There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Too tired to cook? Lots of restaurants will deliver to your front door. The dining room seats 8 comfortably with 2 more seats at the counter. Relax on the comfy couch watching the 42 inch LCD TV with cable. There are lots of board games for family fun or bring your XBox or Wii to connect to our Plasma TV. There is an I-Home to charge your phones or listen to music. The laundry facilities are available in the complex which are easy to use.

About Jeff

These are family owned condos since 1980. Our family loves to ski, sled, skate, snowmobile all winter and fish, hike and cycle in the summer. We live in San Diego but go to our condo/home in Lake Tahoe 3-4 times a year. We hope you all enjoy Tahoe as much as the Crane family does. Our vacation home is always clean, comfortable and children friendly.

We love Lake Tahoe and all the great activities it has to offer. Our entire family skiis and being so close to Heavenly Valley gives us the opportunity to enjoy skiing daily even if it is for only a couple of hours before the crowds come in. In the summer we love to bike right out the front door and be at the lake in minutes. Fishing is another summer sport we enjoy. We usually catch our limit everyday at our secret fishing spots.

What a beautiful condo. Nestled on a quiet street but still close enough to all the action. This condo was comfortable, very clean and lovely. There were six of us in this condo and there was plenty of room to move around. This place is great for a couples weekend or bringing the family. We would definitely stay here again, much better than staying in a hotel.

A great Lake Tahoe experience !

We came to Lake Tahoe for the first time, and had a wonderful time ! The condo was very comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults - 3 children). We had everything we needed, and the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very comfortable. The condo was clean and neat, and you don't have to bring bed linen and towels (except for the swimming pool), what is nice! So it was pleasant to come back here every evening after a day outside, and warm up by the fire. The condo is very centrally located, good to go to Heavenly Mountain, the shops, the lake .... And on the other side it is also very quiet around the condo, ideal if you want to relax. The owner also gave us advice and information that was useful for us. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends !

We had a wonderful time in the condo. It was very accommodating for the 6 of us. The owners made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean and neat. It was centrally located to our favorite ski spot over on Heavenly. The area was very quiet and peaceful for those who like to relax. Taking a night walk or a morning walk was very nice with the scenery surrounding us. The kids had a great time enjoying the snow, where as in San Diego we never get any. The jacuzzi was used often and was a great source of r&r. As was the beautiful fireplace in the condo that we used nightly. We can't wait to go back, this time in the summer. We highly recommend staying here for a family vacation! Thank you.

Cozy, Comfy, and Perfect for our Family Vacation!

We love this place! So cozy, comfortable, and in a fantastic location! Super close to the slopes, just a half mile to the California lifts at Heavenly! We enjoyed the comfortable couch, and flat screen TV, with the fire going, after a full day skiing. The kitchen is perfectly stocked for everything we needed to cook for a family of 5 plus 3 of the kids friends. A great surprise was the crock pot, which we left cooking, while we skied. Dinner was ready when we got home! The jacuzzi was also a treat for our tired muscles! The Cranes were delightful to deal with, and so patient in answering all my questions. Everything went perfectly well. Memories for a lifetime! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We will be back!

Love this place!

We have returned to this property twice now because of its great location, comfortable and clean condition and reasonable price. Our family of five was very comfortable in this condo with room to spare. It is very well maintained and we have always found it to be clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked with everything we need to make us feel at home. We would stay there again in a heart beat.
