New construction home in the Chocorua Ski & Beach Association in Tamworth, NH. The house was finished in early 2004- all furnishings and appliances are brand new. The kitchen has an electric stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave oven. It is stocked with all standard kitchen small appliances, dishes, glassware and barware. It is a cape style home with a farmers porch in front and a large deck in back. The outside is equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The property is 1 acre of private wooded land with a circular driveway. The living area has a cathedral ceiling and attached to an open concept dining area and kitchen. The living area is complete with a tape/CD stereo system, VCR/DVD player and color TV. A large selection of CD's and VCR tapes are in the home- bring your own DVD's. The finished basement has a full-sized washing machine and dryer for tenants use. The house is stocked with bath and beach towels, bedding, and basic needs.

We had a great time! Such a great place in the perfect location. Very kid friendly and has great access to the lake and playground. Would recommend it to all! Kids loved the North Conway train rides....

We loved our stay at Tamworth. The house is a great size and is equipped with everything you need and more. The beach location is great for kids, and it was lovely to swim in a warm lake each day. There is plenty of exciting things to do and see in the vicinity, and lots of eating places nearby if you want a break from home cooking.

Would recommend to any family looking for an outdoor-based vacation!!

What a fabulous place! The house has all of the comforts of home! The beach is great, particularly at sunset with views of Mt. Chocorua. This is a wonderful place for kids - great swimming, beach, playground, tennis courts. Whittier Inn and Samantha's Inn are great for lunch and dinner. Just a short drive to North Conway, where you can find great shopping, restaurants, skiing, model train museum and Storyland. We've been here during both summer and winter and can't wait to return!
