Guestbook comments from the owner
We had an absolutely amazing time. The house is spectacular. Everything about the house and the weekend was just perfect. It was definitely a 'relaxing' vacation for us. We really took advantage of just sitting on the couch, watching tv and some movies, and playing board games. We ventured out Saturday to the outlets in North Conway, and then at night, to do some ice skating at King Pine. We had wanted to go tubing, but all the tickets were sold out. We stayed in for New Year's and watched the ball drop and just enjoyed each other's company. We spent much of Sunday skiing at King Pine- which was quite the experience for us, as no one in the group had ever skied before. After a few slips and falls, we were coming down the mountain like a bunch of professionals! But, the house was just perfect. The open living room, the kitchen, the finished basement. You have truly made it as accomodating to the guest as possible. We ate in for every meal as we had brought much food to keep us full for the weekend and we found everything we needed to cook and clean as if we were in our own home. I'll be honest- it was actually very difficult to leave. I've rented vacation homes in the past off of cyberrentals in Massachussetts and Rhode Island, and I've never stayed at such a nice home. It's definitely inviting and very relaxing. We truly enjoyed our experience. I actually regret that we waited until the last day to leave a message in the guest book because as we were reading some of the messages other guests left behind, we realized that there were still so many things to do and see in the area that we never got around to. But, I guess that gives us a reason to return.
