LedgeLawn Cottage, on New Meadows Bay, has 10 ft. tides, is 30-50 feet deep and about 1/2 mile wide. Canoeing and Sea Kayaking doesn't get any better than this. The Cottage is centrally located, between Brunswick and Bath, or Freeport and Boothbay. It is easily accessible from Routes 295 and 1. LedgeLawn is nestled between an Audubon bird sanctuary, and the Bay; It is a wonderful place to relax and live life at a slower pace. Amenities: Sheltered location with sandy tidal beach and Canoe. Abuts Audubon Sanctuary. Deck overlooking the Bay and the sunset. Living room with a large open hearth fireplace, equipped kitchen.
