Cozy renovated apartment in the city center, quiet and with parking.

This two-room 52 m2 (second floor with elevator) is located 300 meters from the beach in the heart of the city. It is perfect for four people. You can do everything on foot, the main shopping street is less than a minute, the market 5 and Place Louis XIV to 7! Nearby, a casino, a spa center, a park with playground, supermarket, and many shops, bars and restaurants.

Private parking is convenient in this city where places are expensive!

You have available a nice big room facing balcony. It is equipped with a flat screen. A living room - dining room overlooking a south facing balcony where you can eat or sunbathe! Sofa -bed for two is available in the lounge. Again, a flat-screen team room.

The toilets are separated. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub. The kitchen, independent, also opens onto a balcony. If you need it, do not hesitate to ask for a rollaway bed for baby or child.

The free wi-fi is available in the apartment.

Bed linen and towels are provided and towel to enjoy the beautiful beach of Saint-Jean!

We also live in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. We will be delighted to welcome you and give you our best addresses our good plans, our ideas for walks ... Area Guides are available in the apartment, and a selection of books and DVDs.

You can not be better placed to Saint-Jean-de-Luz! In the center but still quiet and with parking available which is a bonus!

This small town is close to the Spanish border, 20 km from Biarritz. This is a perfect place to explore this beautiful region of the Basque Country. But you can also choose to stay in town and enjoy the beach and the many activities of this small tourist fishing port ...

The train station is 10 minutes away on foot, the international airport is 20 minutes by car.

Nous avons apprécié l'appartement ou l'on se sent comme chez soi. Réalité conforme à la description. Très bien équipé, confortable, tranquille. Très bien situé, avec la place de parking qui est un plus. Tout est à portée de main. On peut même randonner jusqu'à Hendaye et revenir en bus. Accueil sympathique. Tout ce qu'il faut pour avoir envie d'y revenir.

Une excellente adresse

Un appartement très confortable, très bien équipé, au calme et idéalement situé, Le balcon plein sud nous a permis de déjeuner dehors au soleil à la mi-novembre. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Et il est très agréable de trouver le lit fait et les serviettes de toilette fournies. Sans oublier le pot de confiture de cerise noire en guise de bienvenue !

LE BON CHOIX

Cet appartement spacieux et bien agencé est particulièrement appréciable par sa situation centrale ( commerces, rue piétonne, plage) et le parking est un plus non négligeable. L'environnement agréable et calme, la qualité de confort mis à notre disposition font que l'on se sent très vite chez soi. Les propriétaires très sympathiques et chaleureux, s'intéressent de près au suivi de leur location. Nous y retourneront.
