Exceptional Value, Clean, Spacious. Convenient to all transportation. Our guests have raved about our apartment apartment ever since its opening in 2004. (Please read Guest Comments for yourself.) This gorgeous one bedroom apartment was completely renovated recently. It is located in the third arrondissement, near Place de la Republique, in the heart of Paris. It is close to the metro, supermarket, shopping, restaurants and everything else. It's on the ground floor of an apartment building, behind 2 courtyards, so it's very safe and quiet The living room and the bedroom retain all the charms of a 19th Century mansion, with crown moulding, stain glass windows, 10 ft ceiling and parquet floor. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 and an armchair that sleeps one.

Paris is without a doubt the most beautiful city in the world. There are just too many things to do and see in this city. Fortunately, this apartment is virtually steps away from the Place de la Republique and the metro station (Metro Republique). The metro Republique is a hub for 4 metro lines, so that you're only a short ride away from any point in the City. Place de la Republique is a bustling and lively plaza with restaurants, shopping, boutiques, supermarket, taxi stands and everything else. It's very safe because there is always plenty of shoppers and restaurant-goers about, even quite late in the evening.

It has cable TV with plenty of channels including CNN and BBC; DVD and CD players; a laptop computer with DSL Internet access. The kitchen and bathroom are completely re-done. They have beautiful ceramic tiles and have all the amenities you'd expect in a luxurious American apartment, such as washer dryer, dish washer, oven and a full-sized refrigerator. The bathroom has a tub and a separate shower. Of course, all appliances, linens and furnishings are brand new. In a word, this apartment is simply fabulous.

We just returned from a lovely stay at 21 Rue Beranger. The apartment was the perfect spot for my family. It was clean, safe and quite comfortable. Philippe was so kind and informative. Our young daughters cried when we had to leave our Paris Home.It was the perfect location in the Northern Marais,we loved the shops and easy access to the Metro. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Paris.

Spent a week at the apartment in March.It is exactly as shown in pictures. Lovely! We found it very convienent to all of Paris! The weather in March was mild and the lines at all attaractions were ZERO! The furniture is comfortable, kitchen well equipped,previous guests- as well as us- leave all kinds of cooking items for your pleasure. After touring all day, we did eat dinner in about 3 nites- and always breakfast and coffee.Philippe is a wealth of knowledge,and arrived our first night on a bicycle in a full Morning Suit! (from his regular job at the opera) Looked so cute I only wish I had taken his picture!The neighbors all speak English and are helpful too.Very quiet and safe!We used Parisshuttle to get door to door service from CDG.80USD r/t for 2. Got a weekly metro card for unlimited use on all transportation for 21euros each- Really a great location.I had a recent hip replacement and found the apt to work well for me. Our only disappointment was that the cptr.was older and not able to send emails home- was able to recieve them though, and it worked as far as looking up train schedules etc.Used a calling card from home to call- just as I could anywhere. Apartment is spotlessly clean as well. I have told everyone what a great deal this is- and now I'm telling YOU! Go for it! I hope to return again soon.

We just returned from having stayed in your apartment for 2 weeks in January 09. It was one of the most wonderful experiences that we have had in all our travels. Everything was in perfect order and well appointed in every detail. The location was perfect for getting around on the Metro. The shops nearby were excellent and our favorite stop each morning was at the Boulangerie and Patisserie for cappuccino and croissants while making friends with the owner's little dog, Le Pardo. Staying in this apartment made the trip to Paris a first-class experience! We'll definitely want to return.

We just returned from a week in Paris and I wanted to say how much we enjoyed the apartment. It was bigger than expected and everything was well equipped and very clean. The apartment was very conveniently located with the subway just around the corner. Once we figured out the subway we went everywhere in Paris. The Monoprix was a 2 min. walk and I found the prices for food to be quite reasonable. Lots of information about Paris in the apartment. This apt. is a true gem and we'll definitely rent it again. My daughter & I did some clothes shopping in Paris and I found a store called AT (Armand Thiery) lovely clothes with good prices. My daughter shopped at the shopping mall, Les Halles, and had good success. We also took a double-decker bus tour and this was a good idea because we didn't have alot of time in Paris. Again, we'll certainly rent this apt. again.

We spent 2 weeks in Paris and found the apartment very convenient for visiting Notre Dame, all the museums, etc. The metro is right on the corner.
The apartment is quiet, safe, spacious and bright. We are already looking forward to rent in 2 years.
