About Lynne Cavanaugh
We love the Cape!!! I (Lynne) grew up on Cape Cod and my family still lives there. We stay with my parents and rent this property out for the time being. We have two young children that also have grown to love the Cape.
Lynne Cavanaugh purchased this house in 2002
Why Lynne Cavanaugh chose Hyannis - Hyannisport
We love the location of our home. When we stay there in the offseason our kids and our family/friends love how everything is walkable. We walk back and forth to the beach; we will get the kids exercise and walk down to the restaurants. Also we love hanging out in the back of the house. There are days when we never leave. We eat and drink like Europeans while the kids play in the yard.
What makes this house unique
Think the location is excellent. Feels like you're at the beach, but then you can zip up to Main St. and shop or go to the arcades, etc. or take a scenic jog through Hyannisport, walk to restaurants, hop on a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard ...
