The lagoon, which lies behind the villa, carries with it the intrigue of native alligators and turtles. The landscaping of the Evians is tropical and lush and you will enjoy it’s beauty as you take a short walk to the Evian pool or ride a bike along the paths to the beach, shops, etc. Shipyard’s 3 golf courses grant you plenty of options for year round world class golf. Notes: Enter on terrace level, then go up single flight of stairs to living quarters. Deck overlooks lagoon and 6th fairway of one of 3 Shipyard golf courses. Very private, and quiet, end unit nestled in the palm trees. The only people around would be those below. Wireless Broadband INCLUDED! As of July 2009, the bedrooms remain carpeted. Other carpet and original tile flooring has been replaced with beautiful 17 inch ceramic tile. New tile was installed in both foyers, living and dining rooms, hallway and steps. A new Digital LCD TV is now mounted over the fireplace in the living room. New drapes adorn living and dining room windows. (Photos will be updated soon.)

Evian Amenities: A short five minute walk from the villa is the Evian pool and tennis courts which is exclusive for Evian guests. A gazebo on the lagoon near the pool offers the opportunity to enjoy watching the turtles and alligators from above. From the villa, a 15 minute walk along the bike trail takes you straight to the private Shipyard Plantation Beach.

Bike Rentals: Order bikes ahead of time from vendors like Pedals or the Hilton Head Bike Company. They'll bring bike gear to the villa for as little as $3 per bike per day. If you have to bring a lot of gear to the beach, parking is available on a first come/first served basis at no cost to you as our guest in the Shipyard Beach Club lot just 50 feet from the beach.

Golf, Tennis & More: As our guest you are able to enjoy golf and tennis amenities of Shipyard. Please see the web addresses above for more information. If you have special requests just ask and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Nothing is too much to ask...whether you need the refrigerator stocked or need a lift from the airport, we will work out the details for an additional fee. Please let us know how we can make your time on the island more enjoyable.

We spent 2 weeks in March 2006 at Evian 158. The Bullerdick's have made it a beautiful villa with very tasteful decorating throughout. The peace and serenity of the area was absolutely gorgeous. We hope to occupy this unit in the future.

The owner was very pleasant and helpful with our transaction. The condo is in a beautiful community and was nicely decorated. The only problems we had were that it appeared to have not been inspected prior to our arriving and their were quite a few spider webs throughout the home and dead bugs. Other than those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would use again.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: All guests are encouraged to contact us immediately upon arrival and during their stay so we can take care of their needs while they are our guests.
This guest chose not to do so.
We take pride in our beach vacation home and expunge the villa of "critters" a beach property attracts on a regular basis.
The villa is cleaned between stays and cleaned again if not inhabited for more than 2 weeks. We apologize for the unwanted guests along with this desirable one.

We recently returned from a nice vacation at the Bullerdick villa. We found everything we needed for a great vacation there and available to us. The living spaces are large and open. The beds and linens were very nice. If you stay there, be sure to have the bicycles delivered to the villa as the paths to the beach are a great way to travel!! We would certainly return to this property.

The property is nice. My only complaint is the lack of a beach parking pass for the Shipyard Beach. The walk to the beach is a bit much if you have stuff, ie, the stuff children like to take. The overflow parking is near to none. Other than that the property was fine and the pictures are pretty accurate....it is a bit more lived in than perhaps the pictures show.

We love Hilton Head Island and find Shipyard Plantation to be very nice.

how much we enjoyed your beautiful Evian home at
Hilton Head.  We did our best to leave it the way we
found it, so should have been easy for your
cleaners to tidy up for your next guests.  You have
it decorated so beautifully and it sure felt like home
