Our house is a clean, spacious raised ranch near Scarborough Beach. Both bathrooms remodeled in 2009-10 new tile, everything! In 2008, new hardwood floors in dinning and living areas, tiled lower level, all rooms freshly painted and decorated. Enclosed outdoor shower. This house is big enough for 2 average families to share. Upper level has 2 bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area that opens into a large living room. Lower level has a full bath, two bedrooms and a family room with futon and couch. Wireless Internet. While close to everything, this home is settled in a quiet neighborhood, has a private, large wooded backyard for an active family. Plenty of off-street parking. After the beach families can set up a volleyball net, play horse shoes etc. The kids can ride their bikes safely on our property or dead end street. Bring your kayaks, walk to the Salt Pond, where you can explore or picnic after the beach.

Scarborough Beach only .7 mile! Roger Wheeler Beach 2 miles.

Enjoy Scarborough Beach-large bathhouse and concession pavilion. Bring your boogie boards and ride the waves!

What's new?: New plush carpeting and fresh paint in the 2 upper level bedrooms. Upper and lower level bathrooms were completely remodeled in 2009-10! Brand new tub, subway tile and tile floor, vanitiy and toilet upstairs. The downstairs bathroom has a new large shower stall, tile floor, new vanity, toilet and wainscoating.

Cleaning service: A cleaning service is available upon request. This is a non-refundable fee of $75. This seperate from the security deposit, which is refundable. Email me if interested in this service.

NOTES: We are the homeowners and we thoroughly clean and update our home each spring for our own use and for the summer guests. Our home is not appropriate for large gatherings such as family reunions, hosting celebration events or groups of singles and our rental agreement prohibits such use.
