Great deal for the price!

The condo itself is nice; however it does not have a view of the beach (as the pictures led me to believe). The bathroom is a little old, and the building's elevator seemed a little scary, but works fine. It makes for a nice, large studio. The location is IDEAL. Right next to tons of restaurants, bars, around the corner from clubs, across the street from the beach. Surprisingly not noisy from the bars at all.

I have stayed here MANY times. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in South Beach! The location can't be beat-The beach is across the street!! Soo many great places to eat right along the sidewalk.
Many nightclubs to check out... within walking distance! The shopping is amazing. Here's a tip: Don't bring your evening wardrobe from home... South Beach evening wear needs to be bought in South Beach! Great shops found right around the corner from your room! The rental rates are reasonable and a car rental is not neccessary- everything is nearby!

If you want to venture out there is more to see, but for night time fun and the beach this is where you will want to stay!
